By registering & paying any fees, Delegate and Parent/Guardian agree:
1. Media Release 📸
Delegate & Parent/Guardian grant Junior USA Earth perpetual rights to use their:
- Likeness (photos/videos)
- Voice recordings
- Biographical material
for promotional purposes (website, social media, print, etc.). Credit will be given where feasible.
2. Liability Waiver ⚠️
Parent/Guardian agrees:
- Junior USA Earth is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages during pageant activities.
- All travel/event participation is at your own risk.
3. Appearance Commitment 🌟
If crowned, Delegate will:
- Complete 12 eco-service appearances (50% environmental focus).
- Attend the 2027 pageant to crown their successor (or forfeit prizes).
4. Conduct Standards ✨
Delegate warrants they:
- Exhibit good moral character (no bullying, substance use, or illegal activity).
- Have no history of actions that could reflect poorly on Junior USA Earth.
- Understand violations = immediate title forfeiture.
5. Legal Terms ⚖️
- Governing Law: Florida (disputes resolved in Seminole County).
- Severability: If any clause is invalid, the rest remain binding.
- Disqualification: All prizes/titles must be returned if rules are broken.
